Our Farm
If you're a hand spinner or an animal lover, you will love our farm. We are located Plymouth, California where we have one of the most beautiful herds of Southdown Babydoll Sheep and Alpaca in the world. Our Huacaya (pronounced "Wuh-kai-ya") and Suri Alpacas are breathtaking. And our Olde English Southdown Babydoll Sheep are the cutest ever.
We have added to our alpaca herd with our beautiful little girl, Tuscany's Rosette, "Rosie". When her mother died of a rattlesnake bite, Rosie was bottle fed and raised at Nancy Helwig's Ranch "925 Sterling Alpacas". She is now weaned and here to stay at Penwinkle Farms.
We were saddened by the loss of our 22 year old alpaca, Champagne in October. She was our love.
